“Yas appeared in my life at a very wobbly time and she was an essential puzzle piece in my path back to ‘me’. I’m not one for public exercising or group activities with strangers but Yasmina made me feel so at ease and broke down every barrier I had with warmth, kindness and a big sense of ‘WELCOME, YOU BELONG HERE’. Her instructions were clear and gentle, with adaptations for all our different body types and abilities that made sure nobody felt left behind or insecure. Attending Yas’ classes has reminded me that I can’t look after everyone else as well if I’m not looking after myself, and yoga is a blooming good way to do so. I’ve attended with a friend, with my children and alone and in every circumstance I’ve left the session feeling calm and energised. The incense makes the hall smell incredible without being overwhelming and the crystals put my woowoo heart right at home. Bring a mat and a smile - you won’t regret it!”
