How to Make a Complaint

Please contact me with details of your complaint by email:

Please include:

  • Your name

  • A description of your complaint

  • Any relevant dates or details

  • What outcome you would like

What Happens Next

  • I will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days where possible.

  • I will review the information provided and investigate the matter fairly.

  • I will aim to provide a response within 14 working days.

If more time is needed, I will keep you informed of progress.

Resolution

I will do my best to resolve complaints promptly, respectfully, and fairly. This may include an explanation, an apology where appropriate, or steps to improve my services.
