I provide yoga classes, workshops, private sessions, and related wellbeing services.
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
Booking and Payment
Bookings must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Payment must be made before attendance unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed.
Prices are listed on the website and may be updated from time to time.
Cancellations and Refunds
By Clients
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a class may be transferred or refunded at my discretion.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a class may not be eligible for a refund.
Failure to attend a booked class without notice may result in the loss of the booking fee.
By Me
If I need to cancel a class or event, you will be offered:
A refund, or
A transfer to another class where available.
Health and Safety
By participating in yoga classes, you confirm that:
You are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition during classes.
You will inform me of any injuries, health concerns, or conditions that may affect your participation.
You will practice within your own abilities and stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort.
Yoga is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you have concerns about your health, please seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before participating.
Liability
While reasonable care is taken to provide safe instruction, participation in yoga activities is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in classes except where caused by negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only.
You must not:
Attempt to interfere with the operation of the website.
